Mon–Wed: Accelerated Mastery

Scholars engage in high-intensity Direct Instruction led by specialized Reading and Math instructors. This focused morning block ensures every child masters the foundations of literacy and numeracy with total precision.

Thu–Fri: STEM Unlocked

Afternoon sessions on Thursday and Friday unlock the tools of STEM. Scholars move from theory to practice in our STEM Labs, where teachers lead collaborative builds and haptic exploration that bring science to life.

Passion Meets Pedagogy

In Upper Elementary, our model shifts to a departmentalized approach. Every teacher is a specialist in Reading, Math, or Science.

By having instructors teach the subjects they love, we bring a level of enthusiasm and deep expertise into the classroom that inspires scholars to transition from learning to read to reading to learn.

Precision to Agency

The Bridge to Student-Centered Learning

Having mastered the tools of learning in K–5, 6th-grade scholars transition toward **Student-Centered Agency**. While maintaining the logic of explicit instruction, we use that precision as a launchpad for scholars to drive their own inquiry and lead complex problem-solving discussions.

Friday Club Culture: iLead & Extension

Friday afternoons are a joyful departure into **Scholar Clubs**. Whether it is a STEM Club featuring **NASA partnerships** or a leadership group focused on **iLead (Maxwell Leadership)** principles, scholars apply their SPARK identity in high-interest, peer-led environments.
