Afternoon Pick-up begins at 3:25p

WSA Staff will be Checking QManger as ID  |  Signs with Scholar Name, Grade, HR Teacher  |  We will use 2 Zones for Pick-up

1. WSA Staff will load scholars by Zones where parents are stopped

2. Scholars will only load from the ramp area

3. WSA Staff will collect K&1 Lanyards as scholars load into vehicles

4. WSA Staff will give the “Thumbs up” when all scholars are loaded

5. Scholars will be fully loaded in both Zone 1 & Zone 2 before any cars pull out

*As both zones are loading, WSA Staff begins the process of calling the next cars in line for Scholars to “Get Ready” by zone - Scholars “Get Ready” at the front of each cottage for loading.

Walk-up Pick-up will begin at 3:45p

Walk-up Pick-up will be at the back of the Pegasus Cottage for Safety  |  WSA Staff will be Checking QManager as ID 

Please do not knock on the back door - WSA Staff will be there at 3:45p

1. WSA Staff will collect student name, grade, and Homeroom on a clipboard

2. WSA Staff will go collect approximately 5 scholars at a time

3. Parents please wait by the back door of Pegasus Cottage for pick-up

*Please Note: For Safety and Efficiency any Early Pick-up will have to be completed prior to 3:00p.  Early Pick-up must report to the front office of the Pegasus Cottage.
