NOTICE: The Wayne Stem Academy Board will hold a special meeting at 5:30pm on June 25, 2025, via Zoom to: (1) discuss facilities with legal counsel (closed session); (2) discuss and vote on two new board members and (3) discuss board resignation process. As noted, a closed session will be held to receive attorney client advice.
