The 2026–2027 Lottery concluded on April 02, 2026. Follow our systematic "Flight Plan" below to secure your scholar's seat.
The Enrollment Flight Plan
Your journey continues in the EasySuite portal used for your initial application.
Step 1: Data Entry (EnrollEase & OLR)
Log in to EnrollEase and complete the basic scholar information. Within that portal, you will find a direct link to the Infinite Campus OLR (Online Registration).
Provide detailed family/medical data here.
Step 2: Upload Docs
Once the OLR is finished, return to the EnrollEase portal. Use the upload tool within EnrollEase to submit your scholar's Birth Certificate.
Your packet is not complete until the Birth Certificate is uploaded in EnrollEase.
Data Verification
Per Policy 4300, all data in EnrollEase must match the scholar’s legal birth certificate. WSA reserves the right to decline enrollment if an application contains willingly incorrect information.
Health Deadlines
NC Law requires Immunization Records and Health Assessments within 30 days of the first day of school. We recommend preparing these documents for submission now.
Waitlist Movement
The waitlist remains active through the first 20 days of school. It is common for seats to become available through early October as state headcounts are finalized.
The 7-Day Window
Scholars admitted during the lottery have 7 days to accept or decline. After the first day of school, this window shifts to 48 hours. Failure to complete Step 1 and Step 2 within this window may result in the seat being offered to the next scholar on the waitlist.
