Monday – Thursday Tops
Approved Style: Embroidered WSA logo polo shirts or button-down dress shirts.
Colors: Black, Gray, or White.
📌 Note on Athletic Shirts: WSA logo athletic shirts are approved primarily for PE days or for scholars with documented sensory needs.
Monday – Thursday Bottoms
Approved Styles: Pants, cargo pants, shorts, skirts, or jumpers.
Colors: Khaki, Black, or Charcoal Gray.
❌ Not Permitted Mon-Thu: Jeans, navy bottoms, yoga pants, or pajama pants. Leggings may only be worn underneath skirts.
Friday Spirit Days
Top: WSA Spirit Wear t-shirt or WSA Hoodie.
Bottoms: Jeans ARE permitted on Fridays! Regular uniform shorts, pants, or skirts are also acceptable.
📌 Jeans must be plain without holes, rips, or sagging.
Classroom Outerwear Policy
Now that we are fully indoors in our brick-and-mortar facility, classroom climate control is maintained year-round!
- Classroom Approved Layers: Solid Gray, Black or White non-hooded sweaters, sweatshirts, cardigan, fleece, full-zips, or 3/4 zips, OR official WSA logo hoodies.
- Heavy Winter Jackets: Fine for arrival, dismissal, and outdoor recess, but must be removed in the classroom.
- Non-WSA hoodies or coats may not be worn inside classrooms during instructional time.
"In The Wash" Color-Blocking Policy
If a scholar's official WSA logo polo is unavailable due to laundry, color-blocking is permitted as an emergency backup.
- POLO SHIRTS ONLY: Must be a solid polo-style collared shirt in Black, Gray, or White.
- NO T-SHIRTS: Plain or graphic t-shirts are not permitted for Monday–Thursday color-blocking.
- Discreet manufacturer logos (Nike, Under Armour, Ralph Lauren, etc.) are permitted.
Footwear & General Reminders
Footwear Requirements: Scholars must wear closed-toe athletic or dress shoes. Athletic shoes are required for PE daily.
Unapproved Footwear: Flip-flops, slides, open-backed shoes, or high heels are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
