How to Use This Page
This hub is the single source of truth for the WSA Academic Model. Every section of the model has a dedicated page where you can read the core content directly — and a document link where you can download the full reference version. When documents are updated, only the download link changes. The page content stays stable so leadership always has accurate context at a glance.

Family & Community Engagement
All Staff · Leadership · PAC · PET · Families
WSA offers two distinct family partnership structures. The Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) is a strategic body of 4–6 selected members who meet quarterly to review Title I programs, examine school-wide data, and provide family perspective on the School Improvement Plan — giving participants direct access to school leadership and an insider view of the academic model. The Parent Engagement Team (PET) is open to all parents and operates on a flexible, event-based schedule — supporting Academic Nights, Book Fairs, Math Madness, and other school events with no minimum commitment required. Families may join one, both, or neither.
